If one takes the time during contemplation or meditation to reflect upon moments of his or her past, then through the light of true and sincere reflection one may come to the realization without the least amount of doubt that their entire life leading up to this very moment has been infused and permeated with a purposeful directionality and all events hitherto have served to lead him to the fulfilment of his own telos.

The very things that were once labelled as ‘bad’ or ‘terrible’ - through the light of sincere reflection now allow him to see the springboard with which these events provided him, to move him back on to the path of discovery of his ultimate purpose, and alas the very things that were once labelled as ‘good’ or as a ‘blessing’ were really mere attachments distracting him from following the path of his authentic and ultimate purpose.

Upon reflection and questioning of the Self one may discover in exact proportion throughout his or her past a balance of complimentary opposites playing out in a dualistic dance attempting to guide him back to the light of his own Heart and Soul.

Each Man and each Women in the past has faced and experienced numerous amounts of pains and pleasures, various aversions and desires, his decisions being based upon risks and rewards. All throughout nature and the universe we see this inherent balance, a conservation of polarities, from the ionic charges in the atom to the magnet with its two opposing inseparable poles, from our actions to our reactions, from centrifugal forces to centripetal forces, from the systole and diastole of the heart, to the ebb and flow of waters. We see it also in the masculine and feminine principle, from the subjective to the objective, odd and even, upper and lower, motion and rest, night and day, nice and mean, kind and cruel, hot and cold, buy and sell – The universe conserves these opposites in exact proportions and we experience all polarities in exact proportionality throughout our entire existence.

These universal laws of duality emerging from the primary law of the One and the Many. The One and the Many always simultaneously co-existing, giving rise to each other, One not capable of existing without the other. Without the One, there can be no Many, and without the Many there can be no One, both are conserved eternally. There is conserved always a build and destroy simultaneously occurring in the Kosmos at all levels, there is both the creation and destruction of stars, planets solar systems and galaxies on various time scales, in Nature herself we witness the annihilation and extinction of various species over time, from which simultaneously emerges the genesis of newer more highly evolved species less in number.

It is in a moment of simultaneous and synchronistic realization of past events that we can see these opposing polarities synthesize and synchronize, and we see with certainty and clarity that all events hitherto served to guide us to this moment in time without error.

There was always a teleological drive pulling us towards ever greater heights and ever greater truths, every sensory or internal event and every motor or external event, all had an inherent meaning and purpose, from the person who praised our actions, and to the person who reprimanded our inactions, to those that gave us their generosity to those who took from us unduly and without warning, to those who we reprimanded or praised, shared with or held back from, all events in hindsight seemingly balanced.

When viewed with the light of reflection, there are no regrets, there is nothing to be sorry for and there is nothing to forgive, there is only ‘Thank you,’ – “Thank you for all that has happened to me” - no others words can suffice or closely portray the feelings of sincerity for ones past events when these realizations are had. We realize that we were constantly satiating old voids and values and allowing new voids and values to emerge, with each new shift and change in values we encompassed a new set of world views, a new set of assumptions about the world and our place in it.

As each moment of time unfolded, new challenges and supports emerged, new pains and new pleasures, new aversions and new desires were always present. With every new emergent unfolding we encompassed and included within ourselves a greater part of a new more abundant whole.

When we allow the light of reflection to permeate our thoughts through either contemplation or meditation, we come to the realization that we were continuously surrounded by love. Love is the synthesis and synchronicity of all complimentary opposites. This is an all encompassing all inclusive love that transcends the duality of our existence, this love is the essence of who and what we are. We are a Soul, the Soul has no conditioning, the Soul does not suffer it is not polarized by the law of opposites, the Soul is the Spirit Of Unconditional Love, it is where all opposites merge into a unification where there is no separation or differentiation of polarities.

When we take these past realizations and project them forth into our future, due to the laws of conservation it becomes ever so clear that these past realizations will play out for us in a similar manner in the future, we will continue to play and be submersed in this dance of opposites, The Soul of man will continuously call him to expand upon the deeps, adding depth to his being. We can be assured in the future that we will have and face greater challenges and greater supports, we will experience in times to come new difficulties and new ease’s, new likes and dislikes, pains and pleasures. Our teleological drive is imbued in our very being, we are destined to grow individually and collectively, as we grow internally we expand externally; there is no end in an infinite universe that is divinely ordered and directing us to love.

It is through just little realization that one may see when he allows the light of his mind to be still and in balance, that there is a higher law at play, a higher principle regulating and governing all actions and inactions, a Grand Organized Design that is inherent in the Kosmos.

This higher law abides in the centre of all things and is the Unmoving Mover, the Generator, Operator and Designer, eternally regulating, upholding and ensuring all laws are playing out their simplistic yet beautiful dance. These inherent laws are over and above the Will of every man, none of us can ever wrong the universe or wrong these laws. The divine essence of love that permeates from the spiritual to the material does not evaluate and pass judgement, it does care of our humanized and transient morals, or ethical rights and wrongs, goods and bads.

There is a hidden perfection and order behind the so called chaos and disorder, it is always there to those with eyes wide open, yet hidden from those with their eyes closed.

We need only look with reason, and as we do we expand and encompass all of existence, the very lands upon which we live and the seas upon which we sail, the moon and the sun, the infinitude of stars, the multitude of solar systems and galaxies all shine forth and radiate outward from within us. Our essence is love, and in moments of unconditional Love all illusionary boundaries cease to exist; you and the Kosmos are co-dependent upon each other for existence, you and the Kosmos always have been and always will be One.

There is nothing but love, all else is illusion.
