It's very interesting to me, going over eight years of research and realizations that I've written down, printed out and collated into folders. It appears to me as if my research has reflected my own progressive emergence from a deep, unconscious sleep. Each year, growing up, maturing and clearing away delusion after delusion, gradually gaining a more clear and comprehensive understanding, and becoming more wise, congruent and inspired on the inside; step by step, little by little. I'm convinced that if I can transform myself, almost anyone can. I was as down and out as anyone I've ever met.

They call it neuroplasticity; the ability of the brain to change and remap itself as a result of one's experience. Well, we are never going to transform our problems at the level of thought from which they were created. We can choose to stagnate, shrink, or expand.
 
Each of us can find a million reasons to justify our condition in life, to create our victim story; attracting all the support and reinforcement we need to stay at a comfortable distance from life. Doing that isn't better or worse than doing anything else... But it'll never lead to a real lasting sense of fulfillment or meaning unless those barriers are eventually broken through. If YOU feel called to something greater, there are no limits on what you can do to bring that about. The process of life is as unique as your fingerprints. Start reflecting and getting real with yourself. Embrace challenges. Be curious. Explore the inner and outer worlds. Delve into the works of the genius minds who have made the world what it is today. Stand on the shoulders of giants. Be true to your values; live and work according to what most inspires you. Most importantly, open your heart and be appreciative for your life, your family, your friends, your lover, your race, your country, your world, and for existence itself. Gratitude is fuel for transformation.
